Booking

Stays of 2 to 29 nights can be booked and paid on the apartment page. For a month or longer, a company stay or a group, send us the dates and names on WhatsAppor at stays@delicioushomes.co.ke and we confirm the same day.

Payment

Full payment holds your dates. On the site you pay in a secure checkout run by Bachs: M-Pesa in shillings, or a card in US dollars at the day's rate. We never see your card details. Monthly and company stays can also be paid by invoice.

Monthly stays are Ksh 260,000 a month, all-in, rolling month to month.

Arriving and leaving

Check-in is from 12:00, and you let yourself in with a lockbox. We send the location and check-in details 12 hours before you arrive, never earlier. Check-out is by 11:00.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. If you cancel later, the first night isn't refunded.

House rules

• Up to 2 overnight guests
• Strictly no parties or events
• Quiet hours from 11 pm to 6 am
• No smoking or vaping indoors. There is an ashtray on the balcony.
• No pets. Service animals are welcome.

Cleaning

We clean and change the linen every two days, or as needed.
