What we collect

When you book or ask about a stay, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the dates and number of guests, and, if you arrived from one of our ads, the ad's campaign tags. Card and mobile money details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them.

Why

To hold and confirm your booking, take payment, send you check-in details, contact you about your stay, and see which of our ads lead to bookings.

Reviews

If you leave a review, we keep your rating, what you wrote and any private note. Your review appears on this site with the name, city and trip you give us, unless you choose to keep it private. Private notes are never shown. Ask us any time to take a review down.

Who else handles it

• Bachs, which runs our checkout and processes payments.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores booking records.
• Telegram, which delivers booking and review alerts to our team.

We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for five years after your stay, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows. Emailstays@delicioushomes.co.ke and we'll reply within 14 days.
